Allergic diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract are increasingly occurring in patients of all ages. These diseases are closely related to environmental change, climate change, an increase in the number of allergens, but also to the body‘s special immune system. The article deals with allergic diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract. It analyzes data from patients of a selected allergology and immunology outpatient clinic obtained by analyzing medical prescriptions for a period of three months (December 2018, January and February 2019). The results are analyzed from gender, age, diagnosis and treatment point of view. The most common allergic disease of the upper respiratory tract was allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma in the lower respiratory tract. Patients were predominantly male. The mean age of patients with allergic respiratory diseases ranged from 26 to 45 years. Due to increasing number of allergic patients, attention should be paid to effective prevention of the disease. It is important to properly strengthen immunity by using prebiotics, but also by improving air quality by eliminating pollutants. One of the ways to help patients with allergy is that pharmacists will be increasingly educated in this topic by expanding their knowledge in this area.
