Rare chronic pulmonary disease in a 17-years-old patient – a case report

Intersticial lung diseases represent a group important in size and diverse in etiology. Given their rare occurence in childhood and the difficulty of comparison within different age groups, several classifications have been proposed. In this article we present a case study of 17 years old patient with „Respiratory bronchiolitis – interstitial lung disease“ (RB-ILD), which is extremely rare in this age group. RB-ILD is typically seen in heavy smokers in adulthood.
