The most common childhood disease is rhinosinusitis. Adequate treatment of acute rhinosinusitis is represented by nasal drops, nasal cavity toillete and other symptomatic treatment. Differential diagnosis of rhinosinusitis is important before recommendation of particular drops or nasal spray (decongestants, saline, antibiotics, corticosteroids).
