Menstrual disorders in adolescents
Gynaecological problems by adolescent girls have their own particularity. Menstrual cycle disorders like amenorrhoe, dysfunctional bleeding or dysmenorrhoe are relatively often by adolescent girls. In the early postmenarcheal period most of this disorders do not require a specific treatment, however by occurrence of pathology the early and adequate management is needed. Authors present the basic characteristics of physiological menstrual cycle by adolescent girls and its pathological variations. The detailed analysis of the most often disorders is offered in the article.
