From injury to hepatic cirrhosis
We introduce a case of „silent“ autoimmune hepatitis revealed in the cirrhotic stage. At the beginnig was an accidental injury with prolonged bleeding. Laboratory signs of coagulopathy and hepatopathy were indicators for estimating of the true diagnosis. We were successful with immunosuppressive treatment.
