Cereal grain a little different

Wheat allergy is classified into classic food allergy affecting the skin, gastrointestinal tract or respiratory tract, wheat-dependent, exercise induced anaphylaxis (WDEIA), bakers asthma and rhinitis and contact urticaria. IgE antibodies play a central role in the pathogenesis of these diseases. In this article are mentioned diseases which are connected with wheat consumption, but more focused on wheat allergy. The diagnosis of allergic diseases is difficult and this article shows diagnostic possibilities in vitro and vivo tests, which cannot be interpreted separately without clinical symptoms.
