THE MOST FREQUENT CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF VIRAL DISEASES IN OROFACIAL AREA IN CHILDREN
Respiratory diseases belong to the most frequent and common human diseases. Mostly they have a benign course with prevailing upper respiratory tract inflammations usually of viral or bacterial etiology. In these cases the patient’s immune system can defeat the infection alone and symptomatic treatment is sufficient for most of these cases with mild course. The importance of these diseases increases in cases with more serious course or if the occurrence is more frequent, recurrent. It is necessary to perform basic and special examinations followed by appropriate treatment.
