Carbon monoxide poisoning and its possible complications – a case report

We present the clinical case of a 16-year-old patient, who was taken to our clinic by an ambulance car in a condition of a sopor of an unclear etiology. We assumed a diagnosis of carbon monoxide intoxication. During treatment and differential diagnosis the diagnosis was confirmed, a complication was toxic damage of myocardium. We don‘t find other reasons of the described situation by the surveys that we carried. The patient in good clinical condition was discharged home and outpatient follow-up.
