Differential diagnosis of headache in children

Headache is a common symptom of various diseases in childhood. Headaches can be primary as migraine, tension-type and accumulation headache or secondary to systemic disease or primary brain diseases. In practical terms, it is appropriate to divided into acute headaches, recurrent and chronic. The author presents the most common causes of headaches in children focusing on primary headache and differential diagnosis.
