Terminall stage in 28 years old woman
The casuistry describes Sézary syndrome in 28 years old woman. The syndrome come through by cutaneous symptoms – dermatitis and later systemic erythroderma with following infiltration of skin and lymfatic nodes. In the casuistry case disease was not diagnosed early and therefore at the start was incurable. The article discusses the diagnostic process and possibilities of therapy, especially in palliative care settings and try to show possibilities to relieve patient and family pain.
