Specifics of approach to patient receiving palliative care
Summary: The different between palliative care and causal curative care is in the philosophical approach to patient and to loosing his/ her problems. It is called – complex multidisciplinary approach. The physicians have to accept this point of view and to follow it in the particular cases. The main features of palliative care are: quality of life, maximum comfort, exercitation of the free will, collaborate with the patient’s family. This ideals could be reached in different institutions in different intensity and quality.
