Slow-acting drugs indicated for osteoarthrosis
Osteoarthritis (OA) is most common disease of locomotive organs. There is affected about 15 % of population. With prolonging life of population, occurrence of OA is higher and OA is medical, socioeconomic problem. The most frequently there are OA of small joints of hands, gonarthrosis and coxarthrosis. Therapy of OA must be complex, long, it include non-pharmacological and pharmacological therapy by analgetics, NSAID and slow reacting drug of OA.
