Fibromyalgy
Fibromyalgy is becoming a widely discussed issue. This is not only due to the significance of its impact on the quality of life of the patient, but also due to relatively poor knowledge of this issue on the side of both professional and non-professional public. The author in the article attempt to provide basic information on fibromyalgy as well as to point out its pathophysiologic similarities of the illness with the chronic pain illness as far as diagnostics and treatment are concerned.
