Dermatological consultation in hospice by the internet
In patients in palliative hospice care suffering by dermatological diseases dermatological consultation can be needed. Transportation of the patient to dermatological clinic is very stressful for bad clinical patient state but to ensure dermatological consultation in hospice can be difficult. Author´s aim is to give a report on the possibility to ensure dermatological consultation by the internet when medical documentation with appropriate photos is sent to specialist. Two author´s case reports are enclosed.
