COVID-19 as the occupational disease?
The paper focuses on the analysis of current changes in the legal framework for the occupational safety and health in the Slovak Republic and suggests possible future improvements, with special regard to employees of hospice and palliative care facilities. Right to compensation of professional exposure to COVID-19 needs to be reconsidered.
