Chronic fatigue syndrome
There were a lot of discussions before the best definition of chronic fatigue syndrom (CFS). Diagnostic criterias according Holmes are definied since 1988, since 1994 shorter criteria according to Fukuda & Co., and the newest actualizations are Canadian criteria from 2003. There are presented incidence, cause, duration, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis and treatement in the survey abstract.
