Headaches – part one
Headaches can have many causes. Most of them are primary headaches, but serious causes of headaches may occur- secondary headaches. The most common type of primary headache is a tension type of headache. Tension type of headache is due to tight muscles in shoulders, neck, scalp and jaw. It is often related to stress, depression or anxiety. Other common primary types of headaches include migraine and cluster headache. Correct treatment is important because abuses of analgesics can lead to drug induced headache.
