SECONDARY MALIGNANCY AS A MANIFESTATION OF LATE TOXICITY OF CURATIVE TREATMENT FOR TESTICULAR CANCER

The case presents the patient with a diagnosis of bladder carcinosarcoma. He was diagnosed 42 years after adjuvant middle abdominal and pelvic radiotherapy for testicular seminoma. We discuss the problem of late toxicity of oncology treatment in patients with potentially curative germ cell tumors of testes together with diagnosis and treatment of patients with bladder carcinoma and carcinosarcoma.
