Primary cutaneous lymphomas
Primary cutaneous lymphomas (PCL) belong to the group of extranodal lymphoproliferative disorders. PCL are defined as non-Hodgkin lymphoma that present in skin with no evidence of extracutaneous disease at time of diagnosis. There are different staging and classification systems, which are usefull for optimal choice of treatment. Treatment is different for every subtypes PCL and local treatment is used most frequently. Prognosis is depended mainly on histological subtype and on clinical stage.
