Mantle cell lymphoma

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in almost all patients is heterogenous disease with poor prognosis. Recently is sharp progress in the treatment of MCL including new drugs, which target intracellular pathways and microenvironment of lymphoma. Main challenges is drug resistance of disease.
