Treatment of localised and advanced diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of malignant lymphomas. Patients with DLBCL vary in clinical presentation, prognosis and response to current therapies. This article reviews the therapy options in patients with localised and advanced DLBCL in young and elderly patients and also in patients in different special clinical situations.
