Consensus of the multidisciplinary working group on organisational changes in the care of patients with early diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer
New therapeutic strategies in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) give us new challenges in the way of treating cancer patients. In the early stages of non-small cell lung cancer, it is important to centralize patients in specialized workplaces, which, based on the decision of the multidisciplinary committee (MTB, multidisciplinary tumor board; MDT, multidisciplinary team), will determine the optimal treatment strategy.
