Classification and diagnostics of indolent B-cell neoplasms in the context of the new WHO classification 2016

Indolent B-cell neoplasms represent heterogenous group of tumours arising from peripheral B-cells. They are characterized with slow growth, indistinct initial symptomatology, tendency to disseminate and incurability. Their terminology and histopathological diagnostics has undergone changes in relation to new classification from the year 2016, which brings closer integration of morphology with genetics, improves diagnostic criteria and reflects existency of rare forms of some B-cell neoplasms.
