Informed consent – form of consent
In this article the author by his reflection will undertake an attempt to join a started series of the articles, that deal with informed consent and its legal context. In previous issue published article „Informed consent-basic scope“ offered basic framework of thoughts about informed consent, on which basis the author will focus on more detail on form of informed consent as its basic character.
