PHARMACOECONOMICAL EVALUATION OF ONCOLOGY DRUGS – DIFFICULTIES AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Oncology has an important position in the system of health care. The advances in the treatment are in close connection to rapid increase of expenditures from public health insurance. It is not the case only of chemotherapy. There is as the next financial problem the growing need of concomittant treatment of complications. Pharmacoeconomics seems to be more acceptable method for health insurance companies and for ministry of health too, and so for its posibility to quote a value of he whole benefit respecting its financial price.
