Diagnosis of malignant melanoma
Accurate diagnosis of melanoma is the determining factor for further treatment. The authors review the basic investigative methods prebioptic a biopsy diagnosis of melanoma: basic clinical features, dermatologic, sonography and skin biopsy of the primary tumor and sentinel lymph node. The autors emphasize the need for interdisciplinary cooperation dermatologists, surgeons, pathologists and surgeons department of nuclear medicine.
