PAIN IN CANCER PATIENTS – DIFFERENTIAL-DIAGNOSTICS Cancer pain patients have many causes of pain, related to certain disease, its stage and therapy but not always depending on it. In all cases, pain is really vulnerable related to main diagnosis and we have to pay special attention on it. It is neccessary to take into consideration not only the illness, its patological and social aspects, but also the influence of other harmful symptoms, which is modified by them and even worsen by them. The multidimensional evaluation is necessary and adequate therapy as well.
