Acute promyelocytic leukemia – therapy (part II)
The results of clinical studies of the world study groups in the therapy of APL are, concern to monitored parameters, approximately identical. Currently, the attention is focused on the determination of more effective consolidation strategy in high-risk patients, on the approach in maintainance therapy in low-risk patients and on the results of ATO therapy in newly diagnosed and relapsed APL patients.
