25 years of the Department of Clinical Trials of National Cancer Institute
The Department of Clinical Trials of National Cancer Institute (NCI) has been dedicated to the professional support of clinical research for 25 years in the NCI. As organizational, coordination and administrative support, Department of Clinical Trials creates favorable conditions for the implementation of sponsored and academic clinical trials as well. Clinical research leads to increased healthcare in the NCI, as clinical trials allow patients access to costly innovative treatments and apply the latest diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
