Use of hyaluronidase in corrective dermatology
Hyaluronic acid is the most common filler at present. The reason for it is a fair tolerability and safety. The ability to influence or eliminate the volume of the hyaluronic acid filler by hyaluronidase is a unique quality. Hyaluronidase is being clinically used for several years, however in this indication, it is a novelty. There are no standard schemes so far available for this indication. Nevertheless the medication is effective and risk level is low. In future, the use of hyaluronidase for filler correction might be much more spread.
