SPECIFIC AND NON-SPECIFIC DERMADROMES OF INTERNAL DISEASES

The cutaneous and mucous manifestations of internal diseases – so called dermadromes – are often pathognomonic and their knowledge may accelerate final diagnosis and initiation adequate therapy. The article introduces overview of the skin signs most commonly associated with systemic disorders with the focus on the clinical practice. The skin symptoms of autoimmune and oncological diseases are emphasized.
