Case of paraneoplastic dermatosis
Cutaneous paraneoplastic syndroms are benign skin changes associated with malignant tumors whose clinical manifestation shows a close correlation with the course of malignancy. A relatively simple and in practice relevant classification is characterized by the probability of association of specific dermatosis with tumor. Distinction is made between obligate and facultative paraneoplasia. There is 100 % probability of finding the tumor in the obligate paraneoplasia. Exact pathomechanism of paraneoplastic cutaneous symptoms is not known. The case report describes a 68-years old woman patient with significant signs of paraneoplastic dermatosis.
