Perioral dermatitis
Perioral dermatitis is a chronic relapsing skin disease with characteristic papular to papulovesicular lesions mainly in the perioral region. The disease has the highest incidence in women in the third decade of life. The exact etiopathogenesis is unknown. The treatment of perioral dermatitis depends on the severity of the symptoms as well as patient compliance. The therapy often uses „zero therapy“, topical, in some cases, systemic treatment.
