Treatment of cancer pain in dermatology
Untreated or poorly treated cancer pain negatively affects the patient‘s quality of life as well as his ability to cooperate in anticancer therapy. Ineffective treatment of cancer pain has been shown to aggravate dying. Cancer pain in dermatology, mainly in malignant melanoma, meets the attributes of total pain. It affects all dimensions of the patient‘s life, patients are visually stigmatized and the aspect of suffering multiplies in them. Effective treatment of cancer pain uses a multidimensional approach. Its basic pillar is pharmacotherapy, while using drugs from various pharmacological groups. Cancer pain can be effectively treated and no cancer patient needs to live or die in pain
