INDICATIONS FOR IMMUNOLOGICAL AND ALLERGOLOGICAL EXAMINATION IN CASES OF SKIN DISEASE
The article describes a survey of immunological and allergological examinations, which assist in etiopathogenetic diagnosis in dermatology. These examinations should always be carried out specifically based on detailed case history, clinical picture of skin symptoms and basic laboratory tests: sedimentation of blood, complete blood count and selected biochemical tests. Physical skin tests are also introduced within the framework of a differential diagnosis of chronic urticarias.
