Hidradenitis suppurativa - biological therapy
Hidradenitis suppurativa is immunologically mediated inflammatory skin disease. The choice of treatment is necessary to assess the degree of severity and location of symptoms. In the therapy has a place conservative as well as surgical treatment. For moderate and severe forms adalimumab has clinically proven effect and now is the first approved systemic therapy for the indication of HS.
