PHYSICAL URTICARIA

Physical urticaria belongs to longterm acutally or chronically recurrent urticarias. It is characterized by pomfes formations, erythema and itching in contact of skin with various physical stimuli. Pathogenetic mechanism of its cause may be immunologic and nonimmunologic The article describes clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of principle types of physical urticaria – urticaria factitia and mechanica, cold, cholinergic, contact heat, solar, aquagenic urticaria and vibration angioedema.
