Two probes into the clinico-pathological diagnosis „LEND AN EGG“ painful of skin tumors

ntroduction: Authors examined whether the words’ „painful lesions“ is referred to a letter accompanying the consignment of histological material. This indication was evaluated twice in 1995, and after twenty years in 2015. Material and methods: In 1995 biopsy were evaluated 1,544 cases of excised skin lesions and in 2015 were evaluated in 2020 excision have been diagnosed by dermatologist and excised by surgeon. In this work the author presents the first set of 1995 23 cases of lesions described as painful and at the second set of 2015 were sent as painful excision 19. Results: The data obtained are contained in table 4, which are clearly aligned demographic data, clinical data and biopsy established the diagnosis of painful skin lesions. The findings are discussed with renowned authors of the standard text of dermatological and pathological department. Conclusion: Through invitation letter accompanying the consignment histological material is necessary for the correct unambiguous bioptic diagnosis in general and in the diagnosis of painful skin lesions, particularly so in the group of tumors and non-tumor group of painful skin lesions, which is documented of the publication.
