ALLERGY – SYSTEMIC DISEASE WITH TOPICAL MANIFESTATIOS
The allergy as a systemic immunopathologic response of organism is discussed in this rewiew from the point of view of contemporary knowledge of patogenetic mechanisms on cellular and molecular levels. These common mechanisms are asserted in pathogenesis of various organ manifestations in skin, repiratory tract tissue or the whole body.
