Mors in tabula and vital indication – do we know their contents?
In the submitted analysis, the author attends to terms mors in tabula and vital indication from the perspective of law and medicine. Every healthcare worker, but mainly physicians should know their contents and then know what to do if this situation happens, since these are essential notions from view of clinical practice. Uncertainty or in appropriate use of these terms can lead to an important medico-legal consequences.
