Scheduled surgery at the time of patients with COVID -19. View and stratification of the patient after overcoming COVID-19 in planning the operation

The worldwide spread of a novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has led to a near total stop of non-urgent, elective surgeries across all specialties in most affected countries. Larger countries still have not answered the important question of when and how patients who have overcome COVID19 should be scheduled. For the safety of non-urgent surgical procedures, it will be paramount to establish timing operations, preventive measures to reduce complications during the perioperative period. Preoperative examination of lung function and coagulation, which will cause the most complications, will be crucial. In this article, we present the first protocols for timing surgery and prevention of VTE in patients with COVID in the perioperative period.
