The “new” oral anticoagulants (NOAC) – a brief perioperative management
Currently, in addition to standard operating anticoagulant drugs such as e.g. warfarin, also served the new oral anticoagulants. Anesthesiologist with the patients with this medication may encounter during pre-anaesthetic examination preceding a planned or emergency surgery. The following text gives brief information on selected new oral anticoagulants and perioperative management in patients using them.
