„Unexpected“ cardiogenic shock after propafenone
The authors describe a case of cardiogenic shock after the administration daily dose of propafenone to the patient with severe metformin lactic acidosis, authors also describe shock treatment procedures in the given case report and the use of the diagnostic advantages of routine TTE examination and hemodynamic monitoring in an intensive care patient.
