Atelectasis in perioperative period
Respiratory complications of surgical patients are asociated with high morbidity, mortality and rises the cost of treatment. As one of the cause of respiratory complications are considered atelectasis. We would like to concern abot mechanism of atelectasis creation in perioperative period, their influence on patophysiological processes in organism and also about methods how to prevent them.
