Anaphylactic shock – a case report
The authors describe a case of a 55-year-old man with ulnar nerve damage who developed anaphylactic shock after a cephalosporin antibiotic given after the introduction of general anesthesia. They also deal with the pathophysiology of anaphylaxis and the principles of proper treatment, which is recommended in the literature.
