RATIONAL APPROACH TO THERAPY AND PREVENTION OF RESPIRATORY CATARRHS

Report summarizes rational approach to common cold, either to particular case, or to recurring respiratory catarrhs. Author’s point of view comes out from pathophysiology of single and relapsing respiratory infections. The role of intrinsic immune mechanisms of our body is emphasized and the need for reduction of not well-judged prescriptions of antibiotics is pointed out.
